FloZone — Roof Ventilation Inspection App
FloZone ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Flozone, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the FloZone mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and company name (optional).
Inspection Data: Photos, roof diagrams, ventilation calculations, project notes, checklists, and generated reports that you create within the Service.
Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account, or other financial account details on our servers. We retain only a transaction reference and subscription status.
Device & Usage Data: We may collect device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and general usage analytics to improve the Service.
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) infrastructure located in the United States. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication, Firestore security rules, and secure API endpoints to protect your data.

We retain your account and inspection data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

FloZone is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
With your permission, we may send push notifications for important updates such as project activity and inspection reminders. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
FloZone requests access to your device camera and photo library to capture and attach inspection photos to your projects. Photos are uploaded to secure cloud storage and are accessible only by you and authorized team members. We do not access your camera or photo library for any purpose other than the features you initiate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the app or sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
